I think what hurts the most is when you give your all to someone. Through thick and thin, you're there for them, you stick with them no matter what. Then one day , they just find another one who is much more prefect than you and cheated on you and they just leave you, they wont even fight for you. The one thing you would have never done, they did with no hesitation. Remember dont regret if one day you turn back and you know who is better in your past and now.
